How long does a typical clean take?−

It depends on the size and condition of your home. We give you a time estimate when we quote so you know what to expect. We always prioritise doing the job properly over rushing to finish.

Can I change my cleaning day or frequency?+

Yes. Let us know in advance and we will adjust your schedule. If you need to skip a visit or move to a different day, we will accommodate where possible.

Do I need to be home during the clean?+

No. Most regular clients provide a key or key-safe code. Your cleaner locks up when they are done. If you have opted into visit summaries, you will receive one after the clean.

What if I am not happy with a clean?+

Let us know by text, email, or phone. If something was missed, we will return within 24 hours to address it at no additional cost.

Are your products safe for my home?+

Yes. We use eco-conscious products that are safe around pets and family members. If you have specific requirements such as scent-free or hypoallergenic products, let us know and we will accommodate from your first visit.
