Property size
Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and total floor area. Larger homes take longer.
Frequency
Weekly cleans cost less per visit than fortnightly. One-off and end-of-lease cleans are quoted on scope.
Current condition
A well-maintained home takes less time than one that hasn't been cleaned in months.
Access arrangements
Key-safe access is simplest. If we need to work around your schedule, we accommodate that.
Service type
A regular fortnightly clean is different from an end-of-lease or deep clean. We scope each one separately.

Do you charge by the hour or by the job?−
By the hour. We estimate the time required based on your property and quote accordingly. If a clean runs shorter, you pay for the actual time.
Will my price change after the first clean?+
Only if you move from a one-off clean to a regular schedule, in which case the per-visit rate is typically lower. We don't increase prices without notice.
How do NDIS rates work?+
We charge at the NDIS price guide rate for your support category. How invoicing works depends on your plan type: NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants are all supported. We can walk you through the detail on a call.
Are there cancellation fees?+
If you cancel on the same day as a scheduled clean, a cancellation fee applies. Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are free.
Do you offer discounts for regular cleans?+
Weekly and fortnightly schedules are priced lower per visit than one-off cleans because we can plan our teams more efficiently. The discount is built into the quote.
