Scheduling and reminders

We set the schedule, confirm each visit, and send reminders to your family member. If a cleaner is unavailable, we arrange cover and let you know.

Invoicing and plan claiming

Invoices go directly to the plan manager or self-managed participant. You can be copied in, but you don't need to chase receipts or reconcile anything.

A cleaner who knows the routine

We assign a dedicated cleaner who gets to know the home, the preferences, and the person. Familiar faces make a real difference, and we prioritise keeping that consistency.

You get in touch

Call, email, or fill out the enquiry form. Let us know the situation and we'll talk through what would work best.

We match a cleaner

We contact your family member to introduce ourselves, confirm the details, and assign a cleaner who suits their needs and location.

Cleaning starts

The routine is set, the cleaner shows up, and over time it just becomes part of the week. You stop thinking about it.

What you want to know before you call

Can you let me know if something seems off?−

Yes, with your family member’s permission. If we notice something that doesn’t seem right, we’ll let you know.

Do I need to be there for the first visit?+

Not unless your family member wants you there. Most participants prefer to meet their cleaner on their own. We can send you a summary afterward if you’d like.

Can I be copied on invoices?+

Yes. We send invoices to whoever is managing the plan. You can be copied on every invoice and claim confirmation.

What if my family member doesn’t want me involved?+

We respect that. Your family member is the client and their wishes come first. We’ll keep you informed only to the level they’ve agreed.

What if the cleaner and my family member aren’t a good fit?+

Let us know and we’ll arrange a new match. The existing schedule stays in place while we sort it out.
